Hola.   Hoy vamos a hablar de seguridad radiológica en procedimientos intervencionistas en dolor.   Totalmente aplicable también a los anestesiólogos en el quirófano en donde se está usando un fluoroscopio.

Yo hare una breve introducción. 

Luego los fellows hablarán del equipo de fluorsocopio,  las unidades utilizadas para la medición de dosis y finalmente de las herramientas de protección como chalecos, gafas,  guantes, etc.

Esta noche, la doctora Manuela Florez fellow de la Clínica de Dolor nos hablará en una charla de 20 minutos acerca de MINDFULNESS, técnica utilizada desde hace varios años para el manejo, entre otros, del dolor.

Revisaremos el nivel de evidencia que soporta su uso en nuestro campo. 

Posteriormente Carlos Morales, Psicólogo Clínico, experto en el tema nos hablará de experiencia en su aplicación en nuestro pacientes.  

Realizaremos durante 20 minutos un taller.  Les recomiendo para ese momento estar en un lugar tranquilo, dispuestos a participar.  

 Nuestra experiencia con talleres previos ha sido muy satisfactoria.

Esta vez vamos a hablar sobre el uso del Cannabis Medicinal en manejo del Dolor Crónico según la evidencia científica.  

Iniciaré yo con una charla de 10 minutos en donde les hablaré del sistema endocanabinoide. 

Posteriormente oiremos una magnífica Charla de 30 minutos  de un verdadero experto del tema. Esta Charla se presentó online en el pasado congreso de CAIBDA (Centro de Atención integral del Dolor de Buenos Aires) Agosto 2020.

Hola,

Como anestesiólogos es  NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD autoeducarnos y volvernos expertos en el tema. Como me contaba una colega en Madrid:  “de un momento a otro no solo somos anestesiólogos sino intensivistas, somos la primera linea de manejo en el proceso de intubación en UCI, nuestro quirófano puede ser pronto una habitación de UCI”. 

EL OBJETIVO DE ESTE BLOG ES COMPARTIR INFORMACIÓN QUE HE BUSCADO Y RECIBIDO.  Pretendo ser estricto en mencionar la fuente y si la tengo, la fecha de elaboración de los documentos. 

Obviamente hay muchas fuentes de información y lo que HACE UNA SEMANA TENIA ALGÚN GRADO DE EVIDENCIA  hoy posiblemente NO, por eso pienso que la fecha es muy importante así como  tener la mente abierta a cambios de opinión y actualizaciones.

No hay mucho sobre este dispositivo.  En mi opinión es una protección mas que si se usa en conjunto con las medidas de protección aprobadas.  Además les recomiendo que practiquen su uso, lo peor que puede pasar es que improvisen con el y se invierta en un obstáculo.
